Last Friday, the Davie campus of Florida Atlantic University dedicated a new 20,000 square foot $6 million dollar student union building. 

FAU students now have a gathering place for socializing, studying or relaxation.  The new student union building is located northwest of the Liberal Arts Building and also contains offices for the Student Government and other campus organizations.  In addition, it houses the university bookstore with a Barnes and Noble partnership arrangement, a multipurpose event room and an expresso cafe.
